Parents, You are always welcome to contact us with any questions or concerns you have along the way. Here are some things you will want to know up front. * You must fill out a permission slip for you child(ren) if they are under 18. * We travel with an EMT. * Our coach bus driver is CDL licensed * Students are split into groups of 3-5 with an adult leader assigned to supervise just those students when not on the coach bus. * Your child(ren) will have an opportunity to call you with updates every two days if desired depending on our schedule and cell phone reception. You may always call the ministry phone if you need to speak with your child during other times. * We have completed 18 successful mission trips without any serious injuries or illnesses and have never had to send anyone home. * If something unexpected happens and your child is not able to start the tour, any paid trip funds are non-refundable. We will hold the submitted funds for one year allowing your child(ren) a reserved seat on a 2009 mission trip. Serving Through Christ, |
